DIGEST presented the seminar «Diseño y gestión de gemelos digitales de acitvos y su mantenimiento, I,« specifically designed for PhD students interested in learning about the theoretical and practical fundamentals of digital twins applied to industrial environments.
Led by Prof. Adolfo Crespo Márquez, we discussed how digital twins are built, their components, and the role they play in decision-making, to provide a full picture of the way they are changing asset management. The event was also a space for debate, where attendees had the chance to discuss ideas, challenges, and opportunities related to the topic.
«Diseño y gestión de gemelos digitales de acitvos y su mantenimiento, I» is the second seminar in our new joing doctoral series on digitalization. This series is designed to offer valuable insights beyond the typical doctoral curriculum, providing knowledge that we believe will be beneficial for PhD candidates and researchers in training. The DIGEST project is committed to offering learning opportunities that help researchers grow and develop across different fields.
