AMEST 2024
Maintenance and Asset Lifecycle Management for Sustainable and Resilient Systems
Date: June 12th–14th, 2024
Information: The ever-pressing sustainability requirements and the opportunities brought by Industry 4.0 technologies ask for reconsidering the attitude to industrial system design, operation, maintenance and decommissioning and for value generation beyond the end of use. Therefore, researchers and practitioners are focusing on the potentialities of technology-enhanced lifecycle management and on the development of advanced maintenance services to support sustainability and resiliency strategies in industrial systems.
The 6th IFAC Workshop on Advanced Maintenance Engineering, Services and Technologies (AMEST2024) will bring together international experts from academia and industry to present and debate the latest advances in Maintenance and Asset Lifecycle Management for the transition to sustainable, human-centric and resilient industrial systems, aligned with Industry 5.0 aims. We welcome high-quality contributions that investigate main research challenges, technology developments and business model advancements, as well as case studies and applications of new and emerging perspectives in the Maintenance and Asset Lifecycle Management.
The AMEST 2024 is fully supported and sponsored by the IFAC TC 5.1. Manufacturing Plant Control. This workshop is co-sponsored by TC 5.2. Management and Control in Manufacturing and Logistics, TC 5.3. Integration and Interoperability of Enterprise Systems (I2ES) and TC 6.4. Fault Detection, Supervision&Safety of Technical Processes – SAFEPROCESS. This workshop is also supported by the International Federation for Information Processing (IFIP), the Prognostics and Health Management (PHM) Society, and the European Safety and Reliability Association (ESRA).
