The DIGEST project launches in its second year, and with a vocation for continuity, a program of joint doctoral seminars within the framework of digitalization with a broad perspective, which we trust will be useful not only for doctoral students directly involved in DIGEST but also for students with similar interests, and in general for other researchers in training. We intend to offer knowledge that is not in usual doctorate courses and could be useful for PhD candidates.

The different seminars will be announced on this website and also via the promotion mechanisms of the different participating universities and consortiums. Our objective is to offer one seminar per quarter all year, with dates decided about three months ahead of time. Each seminar is divided in two parts: the first, where one or two candidates will present their research and discuss what they are spending their time on; the second, where the speaker will present a topic. Participants will be provided with an attending certificate.  

This initiative is created in coordination with the following doctoral programs: Doctorate in Engineering Management or DIO (UPM), Mechanical and Industrial Organization Engineering or IMOI (US), Doctorate in Economics and Innovation Management or DEGIN (UPM).
